The Survey Co.

The Survey Co. opened in May 2012 in Burnett Lane, Brisbane CityAustralia keeping with its historic locaten named after English surveyor/explorer James Charles Burnett (1815-1854) who became Brisbane's original surveyors office which mapped out what became to be known as Southeast Queensland.

The Resturant itself presents a mix on Scandinavian and rural European dishes. The Design itself is almost resemblant of a labyrinth with the hopes of exiting at either the Bar, dining or courtyard areas it also features a decrepit lift used as a private drinking space. The abandon industrial vibe is created with variants of textures such as concrete, brick, cock, metal (taken from the original building structure) with the addition of what looks to be raw leather draped around seating areas.
